April 26 -
Over 60 of the best Modified cars in the country showed up for the USMTS series race at the Rice Lake Speedway, including local driver Jason Gross. Gross had an impressive run, winning
his heat race (see above) and starting on the front row in the feature. The team didn't have a chance to prepare the car to compete against the regular USMTS cars, so they took their Cedar Lake Modified
car, with less horsepower and less downforce. Even with this disadvantage, Jason ran a very strong race, and wound up finishing 6th, ahead of the series points leader.

Billy Moyer Jr. outran the field at Cedar Lake Speedway on Friday night leading all 30 laps en route to his second Hell Tour win of 2012. The victory was also the Batesville, Ark., driver's second career
DIRTcar Summer Nationals triumph. After a not-so-good heat race, the GR Motorsports team got something figured out, allowing Jason to salvage a 13th place finish.

June 16 -
Everyone on the DIRTcar Summer Nationals tour knows now that Billy Moyer Jr. isn't messing around after the 25-year-old driver won the 50-lap Cedar Lake Speedway finale on Saturday night worth $10,000 and increased
his win percentage on tour to 75% in the process. Moyer grabbed the lead on the opening lap and wouldn't relinquish the top spot over the course of the main event, withstanding a late run by Solon Springs, Wis., driver
Brady Smith. Meanwhile, Jason Gross started 25th in the A-main and ended up finishing 16th.

The United States Modified Touring Series rolled into the Rice Lake Speedway Thursday night for round 6 of the Hunt for the USMTS Casey’s Cup, and Joey Jensen of Forest Lake, Minn., rolled out with his third victory of the season
and a $3,000 paycheck. In the PBM Performance Products Heat Race #4, Jason Gross came in 7th, forcing him to race his way into the feature via the "B" main. With only the top 7 from the Real Racing Wheels B Main #2 advancing, Gross
was unable to make the A main, as he ended up finishing 10th.
